service includes: the basic services of the funeral director and
administrative staff for obtaining and filing legal documents and other
paperwork necessary to complete the transfer, basic use of the facilities,
transferring the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary within
Duval County, embalming and transportation to the common carrier.
(This service does not include: other preparations of the remains such as *dressing, casketing or cosmetizing and restorative charges, casket and air tray or combination shipping unit when casket is not used, visitation or viewing, funeral services, service merchandise, automotive equipment except as specially set forth above, cash advance items such as air transportation charges, other funeral director charges or other additional charges such as long distance phone calls).
